Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $29.18 to $32.43/hr, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). Please inquire with interest. Program Summary:

The Promoting Attendance and School Success (PASS) program provides relationship-based in-home assessment and support services to parents and their children at risk of educational neglect. We take a multi-systemic approach, partnering across all social systems surrounding the child to understand the barriers to consistent school attendance and develop strategies and interventions for overcoming or mitigating them.

Position Overview:

The PASS supervisor will be responsible for providing administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision to support and ensure two Family Support Specialists are meeting program expectations. The supervisor will track and assign diversion and prevention cases as referred by the county or school district partners, ensuring we are meeting the contract expectations for assignment within 1 business day. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing caseloads and reporting outcomes to the county and agency.

Job Qualifications:

Education

*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, social work or related Mental Health field

*Understanding of child development, attachment theory, family systems, working across cultures, relationship-based practice, reflective supervision, conflict resolution, adult and children's mental health and intervention, child welfare, multi-systemic work and county systems

Experience

*Minimum of 6000 hours (3 years, full-time) of supervised experience in mental health services with children and families.

*Experience providing in-home services

*At least 1 year of successful leadership experience which includes the delivery of childhood mental health services

*Excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to assess client's needs and develop strategies to support the needs, ability to motivate and guide others and work collaboratively in a team environment
