Children's Mental Health Case Manager Lead I
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position starts at $53,144 - 59,051.20 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Program Summary:
Children's Mental Health Case Management provides community-based guidance for residents of Hennepin County with children up to age 18 (or 21 if in high school) who experience a mental health diagnosis which significantly effects their life.
St. David's Center offers a unique opportunity for case managers to provide community-based support and advocacy for families who have a child with significant mental health needs. The case manager and family together assess a child's needs and develop a care plan. Case managers assist the family with locating, accessing and coordinating services or community-based supports. Case managers advocate for and assist with maintaining services with the goal of helping the child be their best at home, in school and in the community.
