Position Title:

Assistant Program Director of Autism Day Treatment (ADT)

Compensation (Pay/Benefits):

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $86,200 to $107,700 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule:

35-40 hours, M-F. This is considered a hybrid position.

Program Summary:

St. David's Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to provide support for the challenges associated with autism.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Program Director of Autism Day Treatment (ADT) oversees program staffing, supervision, hiring, and training in alignment with ethical best practices and St. David's mission, vision, and values. This role ensures consistent, high-quality supervision and staff development that support excellent services, improved client outcomes, and the implementation of evidence-based treatment for children with Autism and their families. The position supports program vision and evaluates service delivery while promoting staff retention through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Strong clinical expertise in Autism and the ability to lead with integrity and independence are essential to this role.

Job Qualifications:

Education

  • Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work required.
  • LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Board approved supervisor status required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.

Experience

  • 5+ years of providing mental health therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders (Required)
  • Clinical/peer supervisory experience (Required)
  • Clinical assessment experience in Autism, including competence in standardized testing (Required)
