Position Title: Donor and Community Engagement Manager
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $65,100 - $79,700/year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule: This role is full-time, roughly 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with the majority of hours on-site or in the community. One day per week may be remote, depending on scheduled in-person meetings with prospects, donors, partners, staff, and families.

Program Summary: The Donor and Community Engagement Manager is responsible for the identification, cultivation, highly personalized solicitation, and stewardship of prospects and donors, as well as the development of key strategic referral relationships. This position is expected be externally focused the majority of their time, meeting with people on site and in the community to build and deepen relationships to St. David's. The Donor and Community Engagement Manager will work with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to establish, deepen, and steward external relationships for the organization with specific targets in both fundraising and marketing relationships, working toward annual fundraising goals that increase from one year to the next as well as expanded and deepened referral relationships, all aligned with our organization's growth trajectory.
Position Overview: This position is essential to the growth in and retention of relationships that fuel the organization, our expansion of services, and our strategic role in the healthcare ecosystem. It is responsible for building and managing a robust discovery program in partnership with key leaders; effectively cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding 100 donors/funders; tracking progress toward goals; developing and managing a portfolio of strategic, enterprise-wide partners; and ensuring St. David's families receive timely, culturally responsive support from first contact through early engagement, with a special focus on Latino families.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: At least five years of client or community engagement, project management, and/or customer relations management experience, with a proven track record meeting or exceeding goals. Proven track record building key enterprise-wide partnerships that positively impact results. CRM experience preferred; use of a database to capture progress and results required. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish. Ideal candidates must possess skills in developing and advancing relationships toward a goal; soliciting gifts from prospective and current donors; communicating effectively verbally and in writing; and building and executing plans in collaboration with others.
