Part time variable role; 2-6 hours weekly depending on need.

Program Summary:
St. David's Advancing the Field Program is responsible for ensuring high quality licensure supervision is available when a clinical trainee's program supervisor does not have the licensure required to provide licensure supervision to them.
Position Overview:
Provide licensure supervision to clinical trainees whose program supervisor does not have board approval to provide their clinical supervision as they work toward becoming LICSW's and LPCC's. This position will report to the Chief Clinical Officer or Advancing the Field Program Director.
1.Develop and implement a supervision plan as per agency policy.
2.Develop a supervisory relationship that openly encourages communication between program supervisor, licensure supervisor and supervisee to ensure that professional development of the supervisee includes an awareness and adherence to both clinical practice principles and standards of practice for mental health care in their program of employment.
3.Licensure Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that standards established by the governing boards are met and will complete and maintain any required documentation of supervision sessions to ensure that hours of supervision are accurately logged and able to be reported upon.
Job Qualifications:
Education
Master's in Social Work
Experience
·Certification/Licenses: LICSW and board approval as a clinical supervisor required. LPCC board approved clinical supervisor required.
·Work Experience: Experience: 3-5 Years post-Masters preferred, with clinical experience working with young children (0-5) and their families. Autism Day Treatment experience strongly preferred. Child Parent Psychotherapy and Floortime Training preferred.
