Supervisor of Health Information Management
Program Summary:
The Health Information Management (HIM) Supervisor is a contributing leader and member of the HIM team. The Health Information Management (HIM) Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to the Health Information Management team (Intake, Scheduling & Medical Records staff), operating across St. David's Center sites. The HIM Supervisor will provide vision and leadership in customer service and communication, access to policies and procedures, develop staff training models, and create a system of fluidity which allows for continued policy and procedure development around healthcare changes and best practices.
Position Overview:
The HIM Supervisor is responsible for providing program leadership, management and outcomes in a manner consistent with the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic plan, and will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide agency leadership and facilitate integration of compliance across the agency. This individual strives to provide seamless access to agency programs and services, and as a key member of this team, the HIM Supervisor must be highly communicative, sensitive, detail-oriented, and adept at developing relationships with external and internal parties.

Compensation
Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $60,702 - $67,447 annually, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest.
