Position Title
Pediatric Therapy Supervisor
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $86,200 - $107,700 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Supervisors are required to work 2 late nights, ending at 5:30 or 6.
Location:
Primarily at our Minnetonka location but periodically at Harley Hopkins or Nicollet Mall.
Program Summary:
Our Pediatric Therapy Leadership team has a shared passion for providing exceptional services for families and children, supporting therapists utilizing emotional based intelligence tools and guidelines from governing agencies (i.e., Mn Department of Health, CMS and AOTA/ASHA, etc.), innovating ways within the agency of how to gather better outcomes, programs and improve our overall work at St. David's. Position Overview:
· Provide direction, motivation, and inspiration to achieve program goals, including 1:1 reflective supervision that is relationship based and focused on increasing capacity, self-awareness, and clinical competency in program staff.
· Support program director in implementation of daily operational items including facilitation of team meetings, management of schedules, safe use of equipment and space, responding to needs for timely clinical consultations, and navigating coordination and consultation across programs that are critical for client care.
· Assist with onboarding new staff, engaging at an expert level in our technology systems and maintaining a high degree of familiarity with agency policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's 7+ years, or Master's/Doctoral Degree in Occupational or Speech Therapy
Experience
7+ years of experience as a pediatric occupational or speech therapist, preferred consideration given to candidates who have partnered with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary teams and/or have previous leadership experience.
