Compensation (Pay/Benefits)

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $73,999 - $81,788 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule:

40 hours, M-F. This is considered a hybrid position.

Program Summary:

St. David's Center Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with an autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based,?integrating?mental health and pediatric therapies?to provide support for the challenges associated with autism.?

Position Overview:

· Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mental Health Professionals, Mental Health Practitioners, Paraprofessionals, and Interns, that results in excellent services, maintained or improved client outcomes, achievement of targeted caseload enrollments, and compliance with governing statutes and contract requirements.

· Provide clinical mental health services (i.e., Diagnostic Assessments, individual/family psychotherapy, develop Individual Treatment Plans, etc.) and ensure that clinical documentation is completed, reviewed and signed for supervisees.

· Collaborate with Program Director in the leadership and on-going development of the Autism Day Treatment Program, including meeting client and family needs, evidence-based practice, and outcome tracking.

Job Qualifications:

Education

· Master's degree in the mental health field, eligible to receive clinical supervision toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).

· LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.

Experience

· Relevant experience in the delivery of early childhood programming and mental health services.

· Relevant experience with children with special needs and Autism services.

· Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
