Position Title:

Operations Supervisor

Program Summary:

This role is responsible for customer care and safety as well as supply and equipment procurement and maintenance supporting the overall success of all programs. Responsibilities include maintenance and organization of safe, clean, and orderly waiting and treatment spaces; procurement and maintenance of program supplies and equipment, cleaning, and replacement; ordering and preparation of the food programs as applicable. Additional responsibilities include support to crisis management and back up for security. This role also supervises Operations Coordinators and develops a team culture in line with St. David's Center's mission.

Position Overview:

· Support the process of adhering to Building Design Standards throughout assigned program areas

· Oversee process of and check treatment rooms daily to reorganize/reset/tidy-up therapy areas for treatment

· Manage supply maintenance in each area, including - food and candy, craft supplies, towels and paper products

· Clean and sanitize therapy toys and equipment.

· Wash laundry, including any fabric items as needs (e.g.., crash pillow covers, lycra blankets, sock tunnels, stuffed animals)

· Oversee and perform monthly safety checks on suspension and non-suspended therapy gym equipment.

· Complete minor maintenance and repairs to equipment (e.g., patch holes, sew rips, inflate balls and tires, replace batteries)

· Monitor and restock Supply Hubs

· In collaboration within the facilities team, support program equipment and supplies procurement, stocking, repairs, and returns

· Support organization and maintenance of procurement systems in collaboration with site facilities team

· Develop a system for supporting common space upkeep, maintenance, and organization including lobby, storage locations, conference rooms, and staff kitchen

· Cover Security Receptionists for breaks, coverage needs, and CMT Events

· Respond to front desk/lobby requests and needs from clients, visitors, and staff

· Serve as a member of the crisis management to respond in the event of an emergency

· Provide supervision to staff which is reflective and models relationship-based practice principles on a regular and consistent basis

· Manage staff schedules to achieve coverage that maintains supply stock and customer safety and care and approve timesheets in Datis.

· Thoughtful and careful with words, active listener, present, and able to listen to multiple perspectives while also helping guide those to understand bigger picture decisions.

· Identifies specific strengths of team members, clearly demonstrates needs and working trust, and strategically partners and delegate work

· Demonstrates passion for supporting the complexity of children, families, guests and staff involved at St. David's Center

Mon-Fri, may include some early morning or late afternoon/evening hours as assigned

Compensation:

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $56,615 - $62,905 annually, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately.

Job Qualifications:

· Education: 

Bachelor's degree required: social work, sociology, education or health care management or related field.

· Experience: 

3-5 years related experience in managing clinic operations and support to crisis management. Experience with supervision and leadership of personnel or processes. Previous job experience of working independently, managing own tasks & time, yet functioning well in a team environment. Previous job experience that required the ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships, with both internal colleagues and external customers. Previous job experience that required the use of clear and compassionate verbal communication skills. Previous job experience that required excellent listening and coaching skills.

· Knowledge: 

Familiarity with multiple Microsoft software applications and other software that will support supply and inventory management (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiar with setting and managing to inventory levels that maintain seamless business activities. Understanding of operational processes related to client/customer experience. Understanding customer service, safety and security and ability to provide leadership response to crisis management in the event of an emergency.

· Skills: 

Ability to manage the demands of a fast-paced learning environment. Ability to provide support in line with St. David's Center mission to a diverse population of clients/guests, being open to a broad range of cultural and socio-economic dynamics. Able to handle growth & change associated with the strategic growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong desire for organizing work processes, policies, procedures and ensuring that rules are implemented and followed. Able to manage own time and tasks efficiently. Preferred:

· Experience: 

Experience with successful leadership including project management, analysis, and customer service. Experience with collaborating with team members daily in order to do the best work possible. Experience with managing multiple & diverse job duties simultaneously and remaining calm & composed with demanding customers. Experience with quickly engaging with others during phone and face: face interactions (both customers and colleagues).

· Knowledge: 

Knowledge of St. David's Center programs & services across multiple disciplines (Mental Health, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Autism Treatment, Case Management and Home Visiting Waivered Services.

· Skills: 

Proven ability to successfully juggle competing job demands under pressure, remain composed in front of customers, and get the job done. Highly goal-oriented.
