Position Title Intake Coordinator - Scheduling Focus
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $44,600 - $52,400 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule: Full time M-F generally 8am - 5pm, minimum 2 days on-site

Program Summary:
The Intake Coordinator - Scheduling Focus is a member of the Health Information Management Department that strives to provide seamless access to?agency?programs and services for new families and existing families that may need to seek?additional?services.?
Position Overview:
The Intake Coordinator?supports the?enrollment process by actively processing transactions related to the?client?intake and scheduling process. Key responsibilities include managing aspects of the referral process, including?items?needed to support program enrollment,?coordinating the collection of all required intake data/documents, client signatures on various authorization and policy forms, and?scheduling of evaluation appointments, program-specific assessments, program-specific meetings,? coordinating ongoing clinical appointments,? overseeing any?necessary?therapist PTO scheduling as applicable,? maintenance of our referral and client databases, and various projects focused on our intake engagement initiatives.
