HR Director

Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position starts at $92,178 - $102,420 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule:

This is a Monday-Friday / 40 hours per week position. The position is hybrid with an expectation of three days per week in person / on site.

Location: Primary location is Nicollet Center with one day per week at Minnetonka Center

Program Summary:

Our HR Department consists of a strong and cohesive five-person team that is responsible for employee payroll, benefits, recruitment, retention, training, onboarding, performance management, worker's comp, compliance, leaves, reporting and safety.

Position Overview:

The HR Director will provide team leadership, supervision and oversight to all of the functions related to talent management and support, ensuring employees and supervisors have the resources they need to successfully engage in their work and that they can depend on the organization for accurate payroll and benefits. This role is also responsible to ensure St. David's is compliant with all applicable employment laws and regulations and that reporting to governing bodies is completed and accurate. This role also oversees the performance management system and employee relations. The HR Director will serve on executive and senior leadership team, partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure employee experience reflects our employment value proposition.

Job Qualifications:

Education

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business or related field.

· PHR / SPHR or equivalent experience in HR roles

Experience

· 5 to 10 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, employee relations and other human resources functions.

· Experience in human services, education or nonprofit organization preferred.
