Compensation
Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $60,702 - $67,447 annually, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Position Overview:
The Early Childhood Education Specialist provides training and support to teachers, children, and families to ensure high-quality programming is delivered through our inclusive ECE program model, fidelity to the curriculum, and best practices in child development.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Education, Special Education, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related field required.
Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Experience Required:
Knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices.
Knowledge of varied classroom management strategies.
Ability to observe, interpret and synthesize information about child development to effectively partner with educators and interdisciplinary care providers.
Minimum 3 years' experience with developmental and behavioral differences in group care, early childhood education, special education or mental health.
