Position Title Healthy Families Home Visitor
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position starts at $49,870 - $55,411 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Full-time (30-35 hours) M-F variable hours. Hybrid Officing
Location: Minneapolis office location, serving Hennepin County community
Program Summary:
The Healthy Families Home Visiting program provides relationship-based home visiting services to families that are pregnant or parenting very young children for up to 4 years. Healthy development depends on the quality of the relationship children have with their caregivers. Our home visiting services use a two-generation approach to support parents to foster that important relationship.
Position Overview:
Seeking candidate that is culturally matching with our Black/African American community served in our program. The home visitor will walk alongside families to provide emotional support, developmental guidance and connection to resources in their community. The Home Visitor creates opportunities for positive parent-child interaction and supports the caregivers in identifying their strengths and opportunities for growth.
