Position Title: Executive Assistant

Compensation (Pay/Benefits) 

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position starts at $27.22 - $30.24 per hour, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). Please inquire with interest. Schedule:

This is a full-time role, working five days per week in St. David's Center's headquarters in downtown Minneapolis.

Location: 1130 Nicollet Mall Building

Program Summary:

The Executive Assistant role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and therefore is a member of the administrative department.

Job Qualifications:

Education

Prefer bachelor's degree (will consider associate degree with appropriate experience) in communications, business, non-profit management, social work, education or related field.

Experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.

· Three or more years administrative support experience required, preferably assisting executive. Experience assisting with management of complex projects for senior leadership teams. Experience in large nonprofit or healthcare and experience working with Boards.

· Exceptional organizational skills. Proven skill in managing multiple administrative tasks capably and with eagerness.

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, characterized as warm, professional, and sensitive to the respondent's style and specific needs.
