Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $64,074 - $81,788 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Program Summary:
St. David's Center for Child & Family Development's Family Place program (Minnetonka) is an early intervention, Preschool Mental Health Day Treatment program for young children (3-6yrs) who struggle to manage their emotions and behaviors at home, within their childcare/school setting and/or larger community. Some may have experienced trauma, an early loss of or lack of consistent caregivers, various forms of abuse/neglect or may have been asked to leave typical childcare settings. Family has been providing services for over 30 years!
Position Overview:
-Provide group psychotherapy to children 3-6yrs. As well as guidance, support and clinical direction to the mental health practitioners, paraprofessionals and interns in the provision of effective day treatment classroom operations.
-Clinical documentation & billing-create and collaboratively write and revise individual treatment plans, establishing appropriate goals and objectives for each child in the milieu. Continually monitor and assess progress, complete daily case notes, annual DC 0-5 assessments, standardized assessment measures on schedule and discharge summary reports.
-Participate in weekly team meetings, individual/group supervision, curriculum meetings, etc.
-Participate in clinical coverage as assigned.
-Collaborate with team members (within and outside of St. David's Center) to provide comprehensive day treatment services to assigned clients.

Job Qualifications:
Education
-A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family, or Social Work is required.
-LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialling with insurance entities strongly preferred.
-Clinical Trainees (LGSW's, LAMFT, LPCC clinical trainees) will be considered if they have proven clinical experience with children and families that is clearly indicated on their resume.
Experience
-Experience conducting group work with early childhood populations.
-Provision of mental health services with families and/children.
-Implementation of a trauma informed lens.
