Clinic Operations Assistant

Program Summary:

The Clinic Operations team provides administrative support to programs, staff, and families at St. David's Center. Our team often is the first face seen or voice heard as someone starts their journey with St. David's Center, and our team has a critical role in ensuring those experience reflect our values and mission. We partner across all areas of business, assist in managing questions or sending those questions to the right place, and support both our direct service staff and clients in many different areas through their St. David's journey. We have a crucial role in compliance and medical records and rely on our IT systems and programs to ensure we are maintaining our data at the highest degree.

Position Overview: This position is based at our Minnetonka clinic as a head front desk receptionists for our closing shift and plays a crucial role in supporting our medical records, intake and reception processes. This includes:

· Logging into our phone system to support general calls and questions

· Data entry, auditing of our records for data integrity, and compliance maintenance of our medical records

· Development and maintenance of our referral and client electronic medical record databases

· Various projects focused on our intake engagement initiatives

· Administrative support including filing, organizing, lobby upkeep and other duties as assigned

As a member of the AHIM (Admissions & Health Information Management) team, this individual must be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This position is full-time, based at our fast-paced Minnetonka clinic. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday from 9:30am-6pm, for a total of 40 hours a week. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about children's mental health, possess excellent customer service skills, and a willingness and enthusiasm to serve as both a support role for our staff as well as our clients.

Compensation:

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position starts at $20.64 - $22.93/hr annually, depending on qualifications (i.e., education and experience). Please inquire with interest. Job Qualifications:

· Completion of some post-secondary education in a business or health-related discipline preferred,

· OR equivalent work experience,

· OR administrative certification will be considered.

· Highly organized

· Proficient writing / spelling skills

· Ability to work independently and problem-solve

· Excellent customer service skills

· Experience in an Electronic Medical Records system and Microsoft Office 365 preferred but not required
