Position Summary

***This position is part of our East African Responsive program and offers the unique ability to serve diverse populations at our Minneapolis Harman Center location.

The Preschool Aged Day Treatment program provides services which include day treatment as well as mental health outpatient services. Outpatient case load may include family and individual psychotherapy sessions. This position facilitates the daily operations and programming for the day treatment and coordinates and provides support to the families, in-center and via telehealth. ***Clinical supervision is provided. This position reports to the Preschool Aged Day Treatment Program Supervisor.

Compensation (Pay/Benefits): Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $49,870 - $66,050 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. ***For candidates who are proficient in both English and the one or more of the following languages, a 5% pay increase will be added to the below ranges; Somali, Amharic, or Oromo language.

For Bachelor's level: $49,870 - $55,411

For Master's Level: $53,140 - $59,045

For Pre Licensed Clinical Trainee Level: $ 59,760 - $66.050

Mon - Fri - 30 -40 hr/weekly

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience working directly with children with mental health/spectrum diagnoses.
  • Native Somali Speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field.
  • Must be read, write, and comprehend English. 

Preferred:

  • MA preferred (LPCC, LMFT or LICSW track)
  • Somali, Amharic, or Oromo language preferred
